Global Crossing, Verizon, Bausch & Lomb, CVC and Ronco Communications.
John P. Baron (Jack), Chairman, Board of
John P. Baron, Jack serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of
SweetWater Energy, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman.
Mr. Baron co-founded PAETEC Communications, Inc. in 1998 and served as its
President of Advanced Solutions Group. He was responsible for leading all of
PAETEC's subsidiaries. He served as Chief Marketing & Training Officer of
PAETEC Holding Corp. and served as its Executive Vice President since June 1998.
Mr. Baron served as Chief Marketing & Training Officer of PAETEC
Communications, Inc. since May 2003 and its Executive Vice President of
Business Development. He served as President of Northern and Western Region -
PaeTec Communications of PAETEC Holding Corp. from August 2001 to September
2003. He served as President, Northern Region, and as one of the Executive Vice
President of PAETEC Communications since June 1998.
Baron holds an MBA from Syracuse University with a concentration in marketing,
graduating summa cum laude. Mr. Baron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Neuroscience from the University of Rochester. He holds a degree in organic
chemistry, biochemistry, and neurochemistry.
Christine B. Whitman, Member – Board of Directors
Christine Whitman is the CEO and
President of Complemar Partners, Inc, a packaging and fulfillment company in
Rochester, NY. She is also a founding partner in CSW Equity Partners, LLC,
where she manages a portfolio of technology equity investments. From 1990 to 2000, she served as Chairman,
President and CEO of CVC, Inc., a worldwide supplier of thin film process
equipment used in the manufacture of magnetic recording heads for disk drives,
semiconductor devices and optical components. In 1999 she led a successful IPO
for the company and in 2000, completed the sale of CVC, Inc. to Veeco
Ms. Whitman also serves as Chairman
of the Board of OneStream Networks, LLC and Soleo Communications, Inc. She
serves as Chair of the Rochester
Museum and Science Center
Board of Trustees and Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Rochester
Institute of Technology. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the
Rochester Angel Network. She serves as a member of the Greater Rochester
Enterprise Board of Directors, the Al Sigl Partners Foundation Board of
Governors and Halcyon Hill Foundation Board of Advisors. She has previously
served as a member of the Board of Directors of SEMI/SEMATECH, the Board of
Directors of Frontier Telephone of Rochester and the Board of M&T Bank.
Carl E. Sassano, Member – Board of Directors
Mr. Sassano is Chairman of the Board of Transcat Inc. He joined the Transcat Board in 2000, was
named CEO in 2002 until 2007, and is currently Chairman of the Board. Transcat,
publicly traded under TRNS, is a leading distributor of professional grade
test, measurement and calibration instruments and an accredited provider of
calibration and repair services primarily to the process, life science and
manufacturing industries. Prior to Transcat,
Mr. Sassano held multiple senior management positions in his 27 year career at
Bausch & Lomb. His most recent
position in 1999 and 2000 was President and Chief Operating Officer of Bausch
Mr. Sassano brings proven experience in revenue and earnings
growth, business strategy and the leadership and development of staff. Mr. Sassano holds a B.A. degree from Eisenhower College
and MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business of the University of Rochester.
Mr. Sassano is a founding member of CSW Equity Partners,
LLC, a member of the Board of Directors of OneStream Networks, LLC and Complemar
Partners, Inc, Director of IEC Corp and Chairman of the Board of VoicePort,
LLC. Additionally, Mr. Sassano is a Trustee of Rochester Institute of Technology
and a member of the Board of Rochester PBS station WXXI and the Eastman Dental
Christopher Mann, Member – Board of Directors
Christopher Mann serves as President
and CEO of VoicePort LLC, a provider of Speech Recognition Self-Service
Applications focused in the Print Media and Pharmaceutical markets. He is also
Managing Partner of TruFocus Technology LLC, a management consulting firm,
focused on sales and marketing management and performance.
Mr. Mann started his successful career in the Semiconductor
Capital Equipment industry where he held various executive management positions
in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. As Vice President & General
Manager of World-Wide Customer Service at Veeco Instruments, Mr. Mann managed a
profitable multimillion dollar global operation supporting its customer base of
Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Mann serves on the Boards of OneStream Networks, The
Harley School, and is Chair of the Board of Lumetrics Corp, a metrology
equipment provider. Mr. Mann is also a
member of the Rochester Angel Network, a private investment group.

Christopher P. Wasp, Member – Board of Directors
Mr. Wasp is President of Ronco Communications and
Electronics, Inc., a nationwide Nortel and Cisco Systems integrator with a
strong focus on Advanced IP Communications technologies. As President since
1994, Mr. Wasp has grown Ronco Communications from a regional integrator to a
national premium provider of IP communications to enterprises and government
customers. Ronco employs over 350 sales,
engineering, technical support, service and installation personnel, and has
offices throughout the East Coast and Midwest.
Prior to Ronco Communications, Mr. Wasp was founder and
President of Drywall Systems, Inc. and a Regional Manager of National Gypsum
Mr. Wasp is a graduate of Bentley College.
Andrew C. Peskoe, Partner - CSW Equity Partners, LLC
Mr. Peskoe is a senior partner at Golenbock, Eiseman, Assor,
Bell & Peskoe, a full service New York-based law firm. Mr. Peskoe’s areas of expertise include
international private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, bank
financing, technology licensing, health care transactions and financing.
In addition to being an active investor and member of CSW
Equity Partners, LLC, Mr. Peskoe contributes energy and time as an advisor for
multiple charitable entities and institutions.
Mr. Peskoe is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law
Aubrey D. Smith III (Trey), President/CEO, Member – Board of Directors
Mr. Smith is President of OneStream Networks, LLC. Having co-founded
OneStream Networks as a division of national Nortel and Cisco Systems integrator
Ronco Communications in 2004, Mr. Smith became President as the company
transitioned in 2006 from start-up to stand-alone growth company as part of the
CSW Equity Partners portfolio. Mr. Smith
is a valuable strategist, innovator and leader whose passion for technology and
drive to exceed customer expectations has become a trademark of OneStream
Networks’ culture and corporate values.
Prior to OneStream Networks, Mr. Smith was VP of Sales at
Ronco Communications and Senior Director of Strategic Sales at Frontier
Communications. During his tenure at
Frontier, Mr. Smith successfully delivered on multiple strategic initiatives
including the world-class hosting division of Frontier, Global Center. Prior to Frontier Communications, Mr. Smith
formed and operated two independent telecommunications companies; International
Communications Technologies, Inc, and ICT Services Corporation that provided engineering,
technical training, CTI and telecommunications services to a global base of
Mr. Smith holds a B.S. in Engineering from Southern Illinois
University and attended William E. Simon School of Business of the University of Rochester.
